To start the year with love and purpose, the Rotary Club of Dumaguete South celebrated a meaningful Rotary New Year with the eight children of Friendly Homes in Brgy. Jawa, Valencia.
As part of our year-long commitment, the club pledged monthly food support including rice, eggs, hotdogs, and canned goods. We also provided school supplies, two complete sets of uniforms per child, and conducted a medical consultation with free vitamins and medicine.
With only eight children in care, we’re able to give focused and personal support. The day was filled with joy, games, and kindness—reminding us that service begins with small acts of love.
This event also marked our New Year’s celebration for Rotarians worldwide—a heartfelt way to welcome 2025–2026 through service.
Thank you to all RCDS members and partners for your dedication. Here’s to another year of service, hope, and impact.
