Program and Breakfast will be at Raf & Nats Kan-anan, Balayong, Pamplona. Reg Fee is Php 200 with Breakfast and Raffle Prizes.

If you choose to pay your registration fee of P200 via GCash, make sure you do not submit the form yet. Follow the steps below:

  3. Or use the QR Code below to send payment

  4. Once the transaction is complete, please screenshot the payment receipt

  5. Upload the screenshot below the QR Code Image

  6. Submit the form. 🙂
